Artist Night at Disney.
It was unofficial artist night, in which we learned to draw Donald Duck in California Adventure after which we rode California Screaming. Then at Disney proper we sketched Cinderella's castle with only a sparsely lit sidewalk lamp to light our drawings. They turned out really well considering we could hardly see our own sketches and we were kneeling on hard cement in front of the hundreds of people who sit in front of the castle hours before the fireworks just to get the best seats. We did sit in my favorite plaza outside of Pirates of the Caribbean to sketch the blue, twisty staircase that leads to the secret restaurant above New Orleans Square. But overall the best sketches were those of the castle and thus they are proudly displayed on the apt#6 fridge!
