I traveled to Utah for my Thanksgiving holiday. I did my best to visit my friends equally. I am grateful that they chauffeured me around, feed me, indulged in my desires and encouraged me to be a better person. I truly loved every minute of it. I promise to not wait 4 years between my next visits to Utah anymore.
Sienna and I at Steph's house. I am holding Graham (Steph's son). I wished I saw Sienna more than half of one day, but am happy she spent time with her amazing family.
Steph holding Abbie and I'm holding Graham. Steph asked me to die her hair dark, so I did. Only the blonde parts turned green! Not bad.
Steph, Sienna and I met at Throwdown for a yoga class, but found ourselves in the Renegade workout. It was intense. It turned out that the instructor was a lady I used to do aerobics with at BYU-Hawaii and she lived two doors down from me on Iosepa. Small World.
Jason was visiting from New York and I from California and since we are old friends from Philadelphia we spent a day together in Park City. I was freezing cold in just short sleeves and a sweatshirt so we found hot benches to sit on often.
I made Jason take this touristy photo of me in Park City to prove I was there. Also, my cute new pants were only $20 at Anthropologie!
The ornaments on Tiffany Lord's tree were inspiring. Even more so when placed by a two year old and repositione Heidi d for ambiance by the adults. I met up with old Linoleum House roommates, Tricia and Tiffany for a night of decorating revelry.
Tricia, Tiffany, Eliza, Hiedi and Jamie in front of the well lit tree.
Tricia methodically placed the lights on the tree, twice. She took a short break while we hung the ornaments.
Nicki G. (who now goes by her grown up name of Nicole Mickelson) is my childhood friend from the backyard. I spent Thanksgiving with her family.
The Thanksgiving spread had been devoured for a few hours when I found these little cousins hiding under the table so they could snatch Ruffles without being seen. In a few years they will learn that all food is allowed on the one day of Thanksgiving and you don't have hide from your parents to get what you want!
