I decided to surprise my family by flying to Utah for Thanksgiving this year! My parents were the only ones who knew and it was a challenge to keep the secret for about a month. My sister would ask "now where are you going for dinner?" and "who are you going to be with" My niece Emily was quite concerned that I was going to be alone. So I had to make up a story, I figured a little white lie wouldn't be that bad this time around!
When I showed up at my sister's house their reaction was priceless, it was a great surprise and I had a good time with the fam..
