When renting an apartment you have the luxury of being tacky with no long lasting effects, a toilet seat with fish swimming around in blue gel water would have been tackier, but the blue is tacky enough. Within one week I dropped my toothpaste in my pink toilet (I bought new toothpaste) and I bought new toilet seats for the two bathrooms. There seems to be a theme that is at least noting on a blog.
