My friend Bronson (Rosa's husband) has pestered me to join GoodReads to track my collection of books read and enjoyed. I don't think I'll become as obsessed with my Goodreads profile as I am with my facebook upkeep. I check Facebook every day to online stalk my friends and acquaintances lives so I may live vicariously through them. However, I'll go onto Goodreads when I finish reading a book and am browsing for a new one to read. Finishing books can take me between 2 days (Harry Potter #7 was all-day reading between work and church) or 5 months (Ana Karinin-the only Tolstoy I've read). Also, joining many online social groups can become a taxing networking pressure that may prove too great for my busy schedule : ). (that's right Liz, I used a colon and parenthesis to express emotion....LOL!!!)

Welcome to GoodReads, though I don't expect we shall be recommending books to each other since you give Stenibeck 5 stars (eye roll) and only 4 stars to "To Kill a Mocking Bird". Luckily you came to your senses on Jane Eyre. :P But if you can handle it, you can check out my goodreads. Happy Reading!

what is your handle?
