We went to see the Muppet Movie projected on the side of the Orange County Performing Arts Center last night. The community event was one more fun and free testament to the great outdoor evening weather SoCal provides during the summer. We took peanut butter and jelly rice krispy treats to share with our group of muppet mania fans. The blackberry jam was sandwiched between peanut butter flavored (adding peanut butter to the melting butter before adding marshmellows) rice krispies. Next time I may try adding actual peanuts to the krispy mixture.
