My quest

I am on a quest. A quest to find someone…whom I have been told will be impossible to find. He asked me what I was looking for in a future companion. I said “A man who honors his priesthood, who exercises that power to help others, who recognizes the power his possess. A man who goes to church because he wants to. He knows how important the gospel needs to be in his life, he goes to church to learn more about the Lord and not so much to socialize.” His response “Good luck finding him, that will be hard to find.” Wow, really?

There are good men out there, who enjoy going to church, who have strong testimonies. I will not be discouraged by his comments. I don’t know how long I will be on this quest but I am willing to wait..wait for a man who recognizes goodness and inspires greatness. A man who leads by example. I am not dreaming the impossible dream, am I?
